Guidance for posting your website in Classified websites.

Before you Start:

While placing Ads on the Free Classified Sites or FFA Pages (Free For All Pages) you will be asked most commonly for the following Details (given below). You need not have to type the same details again and again. Just create a file in Notepad or WordPad or Ms-word with information given below and when they are asked in the websites, you can just copy and paste it. So you need not have to type over the same thing again and again.

Suppose, you don't have a pc at home and are working from cyber cafes or office. You can save the details in your email folder, name the folder Postal money, for easy access.

Most Frequently Asked Details

In most websites you will have to give these details only.
Name/Username
- if you are prompted (asked) for name, just give your name.
- if you are prompted for username, give the name with which you have registered with that particular website. A username will not contain any spaces or any special characters like ~#$%^&*(), etc,

Note: Some websites may treat the Email Id itself as your Username. In that case, you have to give your Email Id fully. Give the Email Id with which you have Registered with that website. For eg: XYZ@yahoo.co.in
Password
- if you are prompted for password, give the password with which you have registered with that particular website.

Note: While registering some websites may allow you to type your own passwords. But some sites may themselves allocate a password for you and it would mail you the password to your email id. In that case collect the password and note the password below the particular website address in this file, so that it would be useful for you when you log on into the same site in future. Always use a common password for all the sites you register. So that you don't have confusions to remember different passwords. Making different password, will make your work tedious or difficult.

Email Id
- just give your Email Id (the Email Id created for this job work.) (that is working email id)
- Don't give your Original or Second Email Id. Then you will be flooded with unwanted Mails.

Address1
- just give your State (In short forms like ND, MH, RJ, DL, TN, NG, AS, KA, AP, GJ etc.,)

Address2
- just give your State again. (In short form, to save time)

City
- just give your City. (If there is no option in the website for typing, just select any one of the cities available there) If there is option for typing just give the State in - Short form.

Country
- INDIA Or Any country you like.

Company Name
type 'Home Business' or just type Your Name. (without quotes)

Phone #
- leave it blank. But some websites may not allow to post a message with blank Phone Numbers. In that case, if you wish, give your real phone number or just give a number like 100001, 000000 or anything

Fax No . - leave it as blank. Or give a dummy Number, if it is a compulsory field.
